Amanda Charge

I have always been inspired by the beauty of nature, often using objects found from the beach or forest as a link to creating. My paper works are delicate, thoughtful and peaceful; a reflection of my love and respect of beautiful coastlines. After years of moving with my family to amazing parts of the world - Hunter Valley, South Coast and nine years in New Zealand - we have finally returned and settled back into Newcastle life by the beach, but returning to the family farm in Tasmania as often as we can. As my practice grows there is a definite link between my art and jewellery. I look forward to exploring the next beautiful beach and finding another story to tell.
